TX Springs (14mm) with Lube Deck

KeebCats proudly presents... TX Springs with Lube Deck.

Known amongst the community as one of the best aftermarket springs for switches, these stainless steel springs are compatible with Cherry MX switches of all flavours.

The Lube Deck package has been designed and carefully packed to minimise damage in transit. The oil that comes with the springs is a paraffin synthetic oil ordered from a specific factory by TX Keyboards to complement the springs. The bottle includes 2-3ml of oil.

How to use

• Ensure the plastic container is placed underneath the lube deck to trap any residual oil - this oil can be reused for your next springs
• Place each spring in the holes of the Lube Deck
• Place half a drop of lube oil on each spring

The lower the weight, the less force is required to actuate the switch, and the higher the weight, the more force required. Truly the best way to find your preferred weight is to try them out!

The 14mm springs in these packs are the shortest of the TX range. The bottom-out force remains the same between the three variants, but the actuation force for the 16mm switches is increased because it starts pre-compressed.

Comes in boxes of 110 springs. The listed weights refer to the bottom-out weight of the spring.

NOTE: The lubricant supplied with this product is paraffin oil and not Krytox. Remember that Krytox and paraffin oil do not mix, so we advise you to fully clean the lube deck if you wish to change lubricants between batches.
