Switch Springs Switches |
Perfect for lubricating keyboard switch springs to reduce spring noise and aid with overall smoothness. Simply apply using either a spring deck, “bag lubing” method or using a brush.
Krytox GPL 106 Oil is a great choice for lubricating the springs in your mechanical keyboard switches. It will remove spring ping and significantly improve the sound of your switches.
106 Oil is thicker than 105 Oil but not as thick as 107 Oil.
Recommended usage
- Switch springs
- Linear switches (thinly applied)
- Tactile switches (thinly applied)
Oils will have less of a dampening effect on the sound and feel of the switch of greases such as Krytox GPL 205g0 but retain more of the "character" of a switch.
