Shipping, Returns & Group Buy Policy
SHIPPING, RETURN & GROUP BUY POLICY
We aim to process all in-stock orders within 48 hours from 10:00-18:00 (UK time), Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Once processed your order will be shipped the next working day. Keep an eye on your emails for fulfilment and shipping confirmations.
We offer shipping nationally & internationally via Royal Mail and DHL. If you are ordering from outside of the UK we recommend that you select a tracked service.
Royal Mail insurance covers the value of the shipment up to £20, and Royal Mail Signed For up to £50. Whilst we provide shipping estimates, they should be taken as estimates and nothing more. If your item does not arrive within the estimated time, please allow up to 10 days for the shipment to arrive. Royal Mail will not raise a claim until 10 days after the shipping date; if you contact us about a lost shipment we cannot do anything until that 10 day period has elapsed. Please see here for more.
As we grow we will be adding other shipping options besides Royal Mail and DHL. All our available shipping options are available to select during the checkout process.
We do not offer collections.
If you place multiple orders and wish to combine them we cannot guarantee a refund of shipping costs.
As delivery fees are based on the weight of your order, you may not be eligible for a refund when your orders are combined.
Refunds, order cancellation and returns policy
When you receive your order please inspect all items closely and report any issues within 7 days. Lubricants and Group Buy orders specifically cannot be returned or refunded; all other products can be returned within a 14 day period if the products are in original, unopened, undamaged condition. Products which are not sent back in original condition will not be refunded. We retain the right to refuse the return of items at our discretion.
If your items arrive damaged please contact us with your order number and detailed images of the damaged items so we can inspect and arrange a replacement.
Any items that do need to be returned to us must be sent via a tracked service at the customer’s cost to ensure delivery back to us.
Group Buy policy
All Group Buy purchases are final and cannot be cancelled. Do not purchase any other items in the same order as a Group Buy order or your order will be cancelled.
Any lead time estimates for Group Buy orders are approximate estimates and there are often delays, please be patient.
Group Buy items can arrive with minor manufacturing marks and imperfections. During our QC process, every individual item is inspected and confirmed to be A-stock. Any marks on internals due to the manufacturing process are not grounds for returns or refunds and are merely part of the manufacturing process.
If you spot an issue with your Group Buy item please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email with images, video or other details of the issue so we can address it.
